Black 18 year old teen shot and killed by the Police in Chicago

An 18 year old Chicago black teen, Paul O'Neal who was in a stolen car was being chased by the police and fatally shot in the back. In the video above, after the police chase, the teen ran out of the car and was chased on foot by cops who eventually apprehended him and cuffed his arms, with blood oozing from his back. Initially the police didn't know the teen had been shot, when they realized he had been shot, they all became confused and asked each other who may have shot the teenager.<br />
<a id="more" name="more"></a>Rather than call for the medics, they were seen in the videos on their body camera trying to figure out who shot the boy. One of them was even worried that he would be on desk duty for the next 30 days.<br />
Videos from the fatal shooting of Paul O'Neal by Chicago police show a succession of apparent procedural errors, including police shooting at a fleeing vehicle with other officers in harm's way. In a video that was released by the Police on August 5th, one of the police men who thought that he shot the 18 year old could be heard saying that he had no idea whether the 18-year-old was armed.<br />

Comments from that officer caught on video indicate he may have erroneously thought O'Neal had fired from a stolen car barreling in his direction. In fact, those shots were fired in the officer's direction by other police shooting at the stolen car in apparent violation of departmental policy.<br />

Etisalat lost a total of 254,511 internet subscribers, moving from 15,508,024 internet subscribers the operator had in May to 15,253,513 at the end of June. </span></div>

Google Inbox Adds Trip Bundles, Undo Send

<p>Google announced a host of augmentations to the seven-month-old Inbox app today at I/O, its annual developer conference. Among them: Making the product available to everyone and adding new trip-related bundles.</p>
<p>To its Bundle feature, which groups together related emails, Inbox adds Trip Bundles, which gather all of the email related to a trip. According to Google, all of the particulars about a trip—think flight times—will pop up the moment a user opens Inbox. That's potentially bad news for TripIt, a mobile app that organizes trip information.</p>
<p>It will look like this:</p>

<p>Inbox is also adding an email retraction function called Undo Send, which allows users to "take back" an email in the moments immediately after sending it. In addition, Inbox users will now have the ability to swipe to delete email.</p>
<p>Finally, <a href="http://www.google.com/inbox/">Inbox</a>, which had been invitation-only, is now available for everyone.</p>

<p>As a 26-year-old man, I can honestly say I've lost my sense of adventure. I'm a shell of a man with the emotional range of a dusty sheet of Xerox paper. Long gone are the days of awe and wonder...</p>
<p>One day, I rummaged through a broken toy bank my parents bought me when I was a kid. In it, I kept a list of things I wanted to do before I die — a list I wrote when I was about 8. There was one particular item on the list that kept drawing my attention:</p>
<p><i>"Go to my happy place. Ride every single ride at Disneyland."</i></p>
<p>As luck would have it, Disneyland was celebrating its 60th anniversary by keeping the park open for 24 hours. If I could get this one thing done from my childhood days, maybe I could gain back some of that childhood spunk I used to have. Maybe I could find my sense of adventure.</p>
